✓ TRD / TRS preparation as per End customer's Requirements (DMRC)
✓ 2d & 3d Interior Layout (DM Project) in following areas:- ❖ Side Window panels
❖ Driver's & Co-Driver's Desk
❖ End wall panels
❖ Passenger & Driver Seats
❖ Front End
❖ Cab Interiors
❖ Cab Saloon Door
❖ Toilet cabins
Project Management (Delhi Metro): -
✓ BTOI - Follow-up with all system Engineers on all Technical Issues, Engineering Change, Type test and Warranty issues.
✓ HPTI - High priority top Issues - Open Issues will be discussed on weekly basis with DMRC Representatives in all aspects.
✓ CTM - Core Team Meeting- Meeting with Supplier's Top management to close Open issue in Fleets as per commitments & Continuous Follow -up for the same.
✓ FIX Database - Managing MR-Modification Request, ER-Engineering Release, Retrofit Instruction to PI Team & Daily Monitoring on the same.
✓ ECCB - Engineering Change Control Board - Discussion on Technical modification with Cost, Quality, Time, Retrofit (If Any) etc
✓ Supporting all quality related issues, technical modification, Commercial agreements.
✓ Vendor Development, Supplier Visit, Process Audit & Product Validation.
✓ On time delivery with Quality & Project Requirements
skills: ✓ Hands on experience with CATIA V5, VPM, PDM, FIX, etc
✓ Project Execution starting from Scratch to FAI (First Article Inspection)
✓ Good knowledge of GRP material properties and processes.
✓ Works towards the standardization of quality.
✓ An excellent communication and problem solving skill
✓ Sound ability to communicate through Sketches, Models & Specifications TRD & TRS.
✓ Study and understand the existing deigns and capable of suggesting, developing new products.
✓ Proficient of creating installation & assembly drawings by understanding the design
Interface.
