Technical Services - Head of Intl. Dept. & Special Projects: is responsible for the successful conclusion of the Company’s Special Projects and International and National new openings by providing leadership, strategically managing risk, monitoring finances, working within the project’s scope of work (SOW) or Function Specification Documents (FSD).
In charge of coordinating and developing all the Design and Built phases of the various projects assigned: feasibility analysis, design, site construction and budgeting for:
- Directly Operated Shops (D.O.S.) Facility Management - 187 shops
- Photovoltaic plant projects - 63 shops
- Closing and HACCP Project - 570 shops
- New opening Coordination as Project Director. Main projects as follow:
