• • Coordinate with designer to get design drawing to be approved from authorities.
• Issue the latest approved drawing to site for the execution.
• Prepare the shop drawing for each service as per authorities’ requirement (chambers, layout & profiles) to be submitted to consultant for approval.
• Coordinate with consultant to get the shop drawing to be getting approved.
• Execution and Monitoring of Potable water Network, Fire Fighting Network, Sewerage works, Storm water drainage works, Irrigation Networks, Telecom works, and Road works.
• Inspections of all construction materials purchased for approval prior to use.
• Monitoring the Subcontractor works.
• Comply with all requirements of Quality, Health & Safety, Sustainability, and Legal requirements.
• Checking and verifying construction work to meet the project requirements.
• Execution and Supervision of works. As per method statements, Drawings and specifications.
• Inspecting & monitoring of Substation Buildings, Irrigation Pumping Stations, Sewerage works, Stormwater drainage works, Irrigation works, Telecom works, and Road works.
• Preparing Method Statements for each activity.
• Responsible for monitoring the site activities on a daily basis and preparing daily reports.
• Comply with all requirements of Quality, Health & Safety, Sustainability, and Legal requirements.
• Inspections of all construction materials purchased for approval prior to use.
• Checking and verifying construction work to meet the project requirements.
