Communicating with customer and assist them on their technical clarification & enquiries.
Designing the cathodic protection design based on the DNV recommended practices & NACE recommended practices according to customer requirements & submitting the proposal to customer along with the anodes drawings.
Clarifying the design to customer by visiting their place & getting the orders.
Once the orders received we will acknowledge the purchase order and we will give clear picture to production by launching the production order.
Raising the purchase requisition to the purchaser to buy the material for the anode core based on the design which we have made.
Preparing & submitting the ITP & MPS based on the customer requirements and getting the approval for the same before processing the order.
Keeping records like Purchase order, Quotation, ITP & MPS and drawings for the future reference.

Communicate with customers and assist them on their enquiries, technical clarifications, orders and delivery schedule.
Prepare quotations according to client’s requirement and follow up with them to close the order.
Once the purchase order is received from the client we will acknowledge the purchase order and we will give a clear picture to the production team on the requirements of the customer and launch the production order.
Follow up with the production team to ensure that the orders are processed according to the production plan in order to meet the delivery schedule and update the schedule to customers.
Assist the purchasing team to procure the raw materials according to the customer specifications and also check and approve the material certificates once the ordered materials reaches our warehouse.
Follow up on issued PO’s and supplied materials to sub-vendors based on the agreed delivery dates and check for weekly progress report.
Arranging for the delivery’s, once the order is completed and maintaining the record and tallying it with the accounts department at the month end.
Maintain and records the drawings & materials for internal reference as well as for sub-vendors reference.
Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems.
Keeping records like Purchase Order, Quotation, Delivery order, Invoice and maintain inventory reports.

Process control from the receipt of Raw material to dispatch of the products to the customer.
Non destructive test such as Liquid Penetrant, Positive material identification, Radiation test are carried out for components in order to identify the surface flaws and as per the customer requirements.
Developing the proof machining diagram & process diagram with reference to the final diagram given by the customer.
Maintain and record the speculation of the job as per the process diagram while the product is producing.
Maintaining the Process Control Record (PCR) for the every one hour of the production and updating the record.
To maintain proper documentation for the drawing and to update the records.
Inspecting and recording the components speculation with respect to customer final diagram before dispatching.
All products are identified by a part number or description correlated to corresponding drawing, specification and other technical documents has to be attached with the invoice document.
Vendor Quality Assurance and keep up the delivery promises to customers.
Updating the material test certification, Identification & Traceability records.
Liaise with clients to meet their requirements and ensures customer satisfaction.
Support / lead the implementation of quality systems, procedures and controls to ensure that products consistently meet the performance and quality specification.
Lead a team which comprises of manager, supervisor & staff to implement quality parameter such as 5’s, Six Sigma to improve the quality of the work, work place & safety of the workers.
Preparation of Quotations, Invoice, Delivery orders, Purchase orders and maintaining all records according to the norms of the company.
