Work Description:
* Preparation and maintenance of Books of Accounts and Financial Statements of
various entities.
* Finalization of statutory and tax audit of corporate and non-corporate entities.
* Leading the team in tax audit assignments and filing of Income Tax Returns.
* Tax planning and advisory.
* Incorporation of Companies and ROC filings.
* Preparation of Project Report and Projected Financial Statements.
* Compliance of various statutory matters such as TDS, VAT and GST Laws including
registration and filing of periodical returns
Preparation of Books of Accounts and Financial Statements of entities carrying out
various activities such as trading, manufacturing and construction in accordance
with Indian GAAP.
* Filing of Income Tax and TDS Returns.
* Filing of statutory returns under VAT, Excise duty and Service Tax.
* Tax planning
Participation in and finalization of Statutory, Internal and Tax Audit of corporate
and non-corporate entities.
* Experience in handling tax audit assignments and filing of Income Tax Returns.
* Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.
* Compliance of various statutory matters such as PF, ESI, TDS, VAT, Excise duty
and Service Tax
