• Coordinate all stages of the hiring process (screening, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, shortlisting, interview scheduling).
• Manage Employee onboarding process while ensuring compliance with all Kuwait Labor laws and company policy.
• Handles the process of Employee Exit (exit interview, documentation, de-boarding, analyze employee feedback) and facilitating exit formalities smoothly as per country & company rules.

• Monitors and manages Job Portals (Facebook, LinkedIn, Gmail, Group website) of all divisions of KAPICO Group.
• Implemented and coordinated end to end cycle for ISO 9001:2015 QMS certification for KAPICO Tours & Travels.
• Organised Internal Audit Training, ISO Awareness Training for all vertical heads of KAPICO Tours and Travels.
• To address employees on Passport & Civil ID renewal in coordination with Personnel Dept.
• Develop and assist in implementing employee welfare schemes grade wise, addressing employee grievances, providing prompt solutions to the queries and maintaining cordial employee relations.
• Manages and keep track on records of employee retirement.
• Communicate and coordinate with business heads in line with personal department for employee visa extension, employee residency transfer.
• Volunteered and organised Employee Entertainment Program (KAPICO Corporate Cricket League) for KAPICO Group.

- Screening and shortlisting resumes on the basics of skills, work experience, educational background
- Posting Job Ads, identifying local consultants for a tie-up, taking interviews
- Maintaining an active database of candidates, personnel records
- Drafting Letters/documents like Memos, Warning Letters, Charge-sheets, Contract Agreements, and other day-to-day company Notices.
- Screening, interviewing, and qualifying candidates, presenting shortlists to Hiring Managers with briefing summary.
- Absenteeism and attrition reporting on daily attendance, leaves, new-joiners and resigned employees
- Ensure all supporting employment documents are valid and uploaded into the employee’s record (employment agreement, resume, equity letter, etc.)
- Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines
