Maintenance and troubleshooting of 250+ clients running either Windows XP, Windows Vista & Windows7.
Installing and configuring 2003 /2008 servers in IBM Servers.
Assisting System Support, Network Support & Application Support team.
Providing first level support to clients on ERP and Oracle applications.
Maintain the anti-virus servers along with the security engineer and Run periodic spot checks on staff workstations to ensure that anti-virus program is always active.
Configuring the exchange mail accounts in and MS Outlook 2003, 2007 & 2010.
Taking client Mail backups, Archiving and creating Auto rules in MS Outlook.
Install, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade laptop, computer hardware, software, networks peripheral equipments.
Attending all hardware and software problems related to Laptops & Desktops.
Configuring the VPN account in client PC.
Providing support to the users either by Remote Application, phone, mails or visits.
Configuring Network Printers & Network Scanner to the client Machines.
