Responsibility--- As mediation expert, responsible for timely and correct processing of all type of CDR’s, providing processing logic to comptel team for different type of CDR’s at mediation, responsible for testing & verification of CDR’s for any new product of any of modification in CDR fields. Also was responsible to ensure that there should be any revenue loss due to network issue, wrong CDR processing logic, wrong/incomplete mediation -billing table configuration, reject analysis and clearance of all rejected CDR’s at mediation and billing level.
