• Achieve growth of HR practice including market-facing business leadership and development and implementation of the practice growth strategy in coordination with practice leadership and help drive the success.
• Identifying, developing and directing the implementation of HR strategy & Developing Al Bassami Group for Trading and Contracting culture and vision.
• Building client relationships that result in revenue and profitability growth and reporting on successes and areas needing improvements and acting as the primary spokesperson for the organization and Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and Support mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior.
• Spearhead all HR development and management activities while overseeing the growth and profitability of the firm.
• Manage growth of new business and maintain existing business, also directing administrative operations.
• Review team member’s performance weekly and establish individual growth plans.
• Reporting to the board, providing market insights and strategic advice.
• Build and maintain relationships with all key strategic decision makers- On-Going.
• Develop & maintain a high level of Employee satisfaction .
• Meet and exceed territory market share objectives.
• Achieve Arabian Textile Factory objectives by building long term relationships and offering flexible solutions to clients.
• Establish goals and objectives with timetables for the organization .
