• Supervises the work unit and personnel, which includes: interviewing prospective employees; providing and/or recommending training; coordinating, scheduling and assigning work product; establishing performance measures, goals, objectives and priorities; evaluating work performance; providing feedback, direction and guidance; keeping personnel abreast of new or revised information; answering questions; and recommending and/or implementing personnel actions. • Generates various computerized lists/reports (e.g., job analysis results, test results, etc.).
• Recruits applicants by preparing advertisements, representing the Department at career fairs, etc.
• Supervises and participates in the evaluation of positions to determine the proper classification of each.

HR &b Admin Supervisor
Duties: * To provide support on client projects, as requested by GM, to contribute to the successful achievement of outcomes
* To liaise and undertake such representative roles on behalf of Kawader. This will include the meeting and follow up issues with clients.
* To work closely with Recruiters to ensure the effective delivery of recruitment services to all clients and candidates, providing cover and support as required to meet the needs
* Negotiating with staff on issues relating to pay and conditions
* Administering payroll and maintaining records relating to staff
* Advising on employment issues according to UAE Labour Law
* Listening to grievances and implementing solutions
* Provide information reports and support Recruiters with their requirements, ensuring that accurate, timely and management information is made available
* Maintain positive relations with both clients and candidates, and ensure that any issues are dealt with in a satisfactory manner
* Preparing advertisements, executive search through job portals, reviewing CVs, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates
* Advising on pay and other remuneration issues
Recruitment duties:
* Responsible for end to end recruitment Life Cycle (Understanding the requirements from clients, Sourcing, Screening, Salary Negotiation, and post offer follow up with candidates)
* Experienced working on permanent & Contract position.
* Periodic interaction with clients to get requirements, scheduling interviews, status of the shortlisted candidates and follow up.
* Screening the candidates with Telephonic discussion for checking their Communication Skills, attitude.
* Following up with prospective candidates until they complete all the rounds of interview.
* Delivering qualified candidates within the least time possible.
* Posting the requirements on different job portals/engines.
* Follow up with the selected candidates for their joining dates & joining formalities.
* Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all candidates.
* Putting in Conscious effort to ensure business requirements are met effectively with a high focus on quality candidates, and also maintained a good rapport and a favourable, communicative business relationship.
