Gifts on Wheelz is a web based gifting service, offering a wide range of readymade and customized hampers, than can be bought and sent within the UAE and Middle ease. Aiming to ease the process of gifting and minimize time consumption. As a founder, I was able to achieve the following:
o Analyzed the service and its requirements to assure delivering the perfect solution.
o Studied segment market and defined main competitors.
o Conducted marketing campaigns and social media management.
o Created and managed website content.
o Supervised Interface design and Database Building.
o Ensured website functionality and compliance to quality standards
My-stall.com is an online trading platform dedicated to small business owners, providing them online stores to sell their handmade products. As a founder and director of the project I was able to achieve the following:
o Administrate website and database.
o Market the website on various platforms including social media and search engines optimization.
o Promote the website; send out mass emails, newsletters, etc.
o Established new leads with customers reaching more than 200 stores with over 2000 products.
o Maintain and update customer records.
o Troubleshooting and customer service.
- To ensure the Quality and Integrity of the data (Job Titles, Company Name, Salaries etc).
- To moderate, edit and approve Salaries Submission.
- To analyze the data and work with Project Manager to define Career Mapping based on Job Titles and Companies.
- To analyze the data find relevancy of salaries information with jobs information and vice versa.
- Work with IT Product Manager to enhance the product and the moderation system.
- Coordinate with users to have their feedback on the System and share feedback and recommendations with Product Manager.
