• Lead and design organization IT security roadmap, Military industry requirements and strategic business objectives. The roadmap covers the creation and management of IT security policies and controls, advanced cyber security, risk assessment, cyber threat analysis, emerging cyber-attacks threats & malwares protection, advanced persistent threats, computer-network forensics tools, data loss prevention, threat auditing tools, vulnerability & patch management and continuous monitoring tools.
• Lead, develop and manage IT operation team. More importantly, design and build IT service management which includes key functions and process such as Service Desk, Change management, availability and capacity management, IT project management, Assets management, etc.

• Perform system (physical and virtual servers, storages, system applications, web services, etc.) monitoring and analysis, performance tuning and troubleshooting issues, including proactive problem resolution and complex problem analysis as necessary, to maintain system performance to meet user demand.

• Provide first line of support for Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 and CRM 4.0 on application and database levels. Design and build custom reports using Microsoft SSRS for GP 10.0
• Designing, installing & maintaining IT infrastructure, which involves Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange Server 2007, SQL Server 2008, Norton Backup Exec and PowerShell Scripting.
• Troubleshoot MS CRM & FSI Concept 500 applications, create video training materials for the users, create reports for ERP applications using Crystal Reports IX and create integration workflows between FSI Concept 500 and other ERP applications.
• Perform high level management of Cisco IP phone system and Cisco Unified Call Manager web application v6.0
• Management of WatchGuard Firebox X1250 & Fortigate firewalls as and when required.
