➢ Provide first line of support for Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 and CRM 4.0 on application and database levels. Design and build custom reports using Microsoft SSRS for GP 10.0

➢ As a team leader in IT division, led installation of Cisco servers, NetApp storage devices and virtualization of whole server architecture.
