Managing the global Freight product under the Digital Transformation umbrella, reporting to the global CDO while leading a talented team who works in harmony to realize the vision of the company. Ensuring all business requirements are being understood with efficient outcomes, customer-centric, business focused & strategy compliant.
Tasks:
-Translate the global company strategy & management vision into roadmaps that define various transformation programs, projects,
business prototypes & features set.
-Setting up the product vision & portfolio while assuring business development & continuity targets are being met and assist key
stakeholders to conceptualize their needs & structure their ideas by translating them into clear requirements.
-Identify key project objectives, risks, and drivers, to produce plans, tasks, & schedules to manage these elements & ensure they are planned & delivered in line with the contractual obligations.
-Provide innovative solutions while streamlining & challenging the business processes for heightened efficiencies, considering people, policies, customer insights, financial investments, technology trends & engagements needed for successful implementations by utilizing various in-depth research methodologies.
-Work as the intermediary layer between business owner's, design, development & engineering teams to manage all the initiatives, ensure deadlines are being met & obstacles are diminished, while moving easily between big picture thinking & managing relevant details & actively initiating & leading conversations with teams, clients, and stakeholders to build trust.
-Analyze systems architecture in terms of fitting business requirements & features requests into the current solutions landscape.
-Own & define KPIs to measure the performance of each program/project in a customized manner, by coordinating with the involved stakeholders to ensure measurements are applied as planned, course corrections required are implemented, & then help transitioning to the Ops teams for day-to-day performance management.
-Build and enhance the team capabilities by always being up to date with digital trends, understanding their impact on the stakeholders & company’s ecosystem aiming to aid them to anticipate requirements even before the stakeholder realizes they are required.
-Provide the needed coaching & mentoring to the project cross functional team members and resources to assure tasks are being closed on time, targets are being met & personal development is being attained.
