Brief: It is a cost plus contract started with stage 1 as dilapidation work, then stage 2 to continue remaining work in 12 tower with total floor 275.
Missions :
- Prepare time schedule with resources and cost loading.
- Generate S Curve & Manpower Histogram For Project.
- Prepare Master Plan needed for tendering stage using primavera
- Create database and generate reports in a smoothly manner.
- Follow up schedules & Make necessary modifications.
- Monthly update for schedule.
- Tracking subcontractor progress according to the schedule.
- Coordinate with project team for the preparation of daily & monthly progress reports and any other reports as and when required. The roles shall also include periodic review and update of the schedule.
- Monitor the project schedule and highlight any critical activity that needs particular attention, discuss with project team to identify mitigating measures.
- Coordinate with project site team and the procurement team on the delivery of the equipment and materials on site.
- Manage sub-contractors’ planning and reporting.
- Prepare 2-weeks look ahead schedule.
- Database & Pivot Tables Reports.
