1- Preparing material order to the main company in coordination with the sales engineer.
2- Follow up the arrival of our material.
3- Preparing quotations and tenders in coordination with the sales man.
4- Follow up with the admin on readiness of quotation, material order and all papers needed.
5- Check with the stores on availability of items requested by our client.
6- Follow up the delivery of the material on time to our client.

1- I was in charge of the department consisting of 3, in which I worked as a midlist between the client and the shipping company.
2- Provide the client with quotations.
3- Check if the related papers to the shipment are received in full in order to prepare the bill of lading with the shipping company.
4- Provide the client with the container to board his shipment and follow it up till it gets to the port.
5- Follow up the clearing procedures with our branch till the container is shipped on board.
6- Receive the bill of lading on time and deliver it to our client.
