• Develop schedule model, analyze, evaluate, and forecast current status against an established baseline schedule. Assesses the impact(s) of design or construction changes on schedule,
• Reports schedule status to all levels of project and Company management as well as to the Client based on communication management plan.

• Prepares graphs, diagrams, and other exhibits to illustrate cost status and forecast requirements for Project Management and client.
1- Studying, reviewing & monitoring approved time schedule.
2- Assessment of the time frame based detailed project design, detailed specification of both materials and workmanship and construction methodology.
3- Review to implement Quality & safety plan for project, Quality system & standard, contractual requirement, occupational health and safety.
4- Coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering team to solve the problem encountered during design phase
5- Prepare material delivery schedule based on project timeline, review contractor BOQ & invoice “based on approved drawing and related specification”
6- Coordinating closely with sub-contractor/ supplier / on regular basis,
7- Coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering team to solve the problem encountered during construction phase)
8- Making project reports “daily - weekly - monthly”, matching project progress with timeline and updating project schedule
9- Coordinating & Obtaining necessary work permit from government authority
1- Develop and submit Precast Concrete Erection Plans, delivery schedule for review and approval
2- Track, inspect, and review workers erecting or making repairs to precast when on the jobsite
3- Checking the “ins and outs” of precast products by frequently observing the production lines.
4- Effectively communicate with engineers, contractors, site workers and in-house personal.
5- Read and understand drawings and specifications
6- Provide legible and accurate documentation when on the job site.
7- Accurately read, interpret, and communicate design, architectural, shop drawings and specifications.
8- Help ensure a safe work environment both in the office and on the job site
9- Make precise and accurate CAD drawings
