As General Counsel at ARASCO, I lead the company’s legal operations and provide strategic legal advisory to senior management and the board of directors. My role encompasses corporate governance, contract negotiation, compliance oversight, and risk mitigation to ensure the company’s legal security and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing corporate governance frameworks, ensuring full compliance with Saudi and international legal regulations.

Managing high-value commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements that align with corporate objectives.

Leading complex litigation and arbitration cases, achieving favorable outcomes in both local and international legal disputes.

Developing and implementing legal risk management strategies to protect corporate interests and assets.

Providing legal oversight for major strategic projects and joint ventures, including partnerships with Cargill (USA), Bühler (Switzerland), Bunge (Switzerland), and Bahri (Saudi Arabia).

Handling FIDIC contracts and legal frameworks for multi-billion-dollar construction and infrastructure projects.

Liaising with regulatory authorities and government entities to ensure compliance and maintain strong industry relationships.

Supervising corporate real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, leasing agreements, and asset management strategies.

Establishing internal compliance programs and training initiatives to enhance legal awareness across all departments.

Leading a high-performing legal team, driving excellence in legal operations and corporate governance.
