•Check stock levels daily and recommend orders to the Manager in order to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels
•Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate any serious issues to the Manager for suitable resolution
•Maintain personal grooming as per the brand standards to represent a positive image Comply with all company policies and procedures.
•Preparing the SPEC SHEET at the beginning of the season for all the stores
•Responsible for achieving top line and bottom-line of the brand
