• National Takaful Insurance Company System, Premia11 is latest Premia system in Kuwait. It’s the first of its nature in the Kuwait and one of the very rare insurance systems that contains Document Management system, Work flow system, E-portal system(for B to B, B to C Underwriting and claims intimation) and Business Intelligent systems built and fully integrated with core modules such as Group life, Group Medical and General Insurance modules. I am managing the other hardware and network projects such as redesigning the entire hardware devices in order to meet the new project specification.

•I have successfully implemented the Contact center with complain management module and new office 365 which allow the users to access their mail safely and from any were.

I was involved in the development of various programs and reports. I was a key member in the product implementation for all type of insurance Underwriting and Claims Management. I involved in the development, testing and user support for other classes of business also namely Marine and Aviation, Fire and General Accident, Group Medical, Group Life and Accounts. With this project, I have got a very good exposure to Insurance business and Java Technology which I intend to take as my career. Worked closely with the java consultants of Wipro Infotech, Bangalore India, on migration of business logic from backend DB to EJB middle-tier.

• I have worked with SISTSE (Scientific Insurance Studies and Technology Solutions) for Microsoft CRM 3.0 analysis and implementation for VIP department.

• I was a key member in GIC TPA application (Online Group Medical claim registration) implementation which is used for almost all private hospital in Kuwait. I have got a very good experience in online medical claim which I aim to take as my career. I have involved in both testing and development, and I have also given training sessions to many hospitals on how to use the new application. I have visited many hospitals to collect their feed back and analysis new requirements if any.

• I have also worked as system analyst and developer of the new Group Reinsurance program (It is reinsurance treaties program for both Gulf Insurance Company and its subsidiaries).

• I have worked as IT consultant, system analyst and development for Gulf Insurance Company subsidiaries. For example, I have worked as IT consultant of reinsurance business system analysis for Fajr Al Gulf, Lebanon, to help them in the reinsurance system implementation part. Indeed I am providing know how knowledge about the Premia system for Gulf Insurance Company subsidiaries and support them to complete their issues and analysis of the new issues.
