looking after data center, managing day to day operation such as monitoring e-channels, servers health, data center cooling. Supporting users relate to operation such as batch processing like end of day, core banking support, data restoration, etc ..
Managing & Ensure all Data Center activities performance
•Managing New staff/recruitment to be trained accordingly in Data Center Activities
•Checking operators Shift Roster Scheduling
•Managing calls related to users/Customers.
•Managing sending report in Softcopy.
•Login all incidents in SD Tool. ( Crisis & Normal )
•Escalations incidents to concern.
•Working 24/7 shift rotation.
Running Closing of business or "End Of Day" of Core systems
•Generate & customize reports for the users
•Convert Reports to different format
•Support users in banking products
•Running other applications End Of Day
•Monitor the daily services for (Core System Banking & E-Channels)

Setup and configuring the branch’s ATMs & CDMs to communicate with the host.
Managing the card production Cycle
Managing handoff process to through APIs
Monitor the process of the card activation and PIN generation
Managing the connectivity of the middleware with ONS, AFS, Core Banking, IVR, Internet Banking, HSM and mobile banking through APIs.
Managing the certification process with Master Card, ONS, etc .
Guided & Train the users to fetch customer's records, blocking and unblocking cards, link accounts to a card, set cards limitation profile, reports, accounts data import from the core banking and export.
Managing & Monitor the transactions and troubleshooting
Configuring the setup process of the bill payment from E-Channels with different billers such as OmanMobile, Ooredoo and OIFC.
Data Analysis: statistic report, uptime report, downtime, transaction report, dashboard or customize report base of the user request.
Troubleshooting the transaction flow.

Configured the core system banking as non-core system banking, for daily, monthly and yearly backup which involved operating system and database backups & Monitoring the backups and troubleshooting

Report analysis: total backup size (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly), backup timing, backup stream report shows the load on the server during the backup, SLA, etc ..
Managing storage library to backup & store the data in the library and then replicate it to the tape.
