• Currently Working in Microsoft dynamic Navision.
• Handling the Advertisement and Promotion accounts.
• Reviewing and recording the proposal and purchase orders regarding advertisement.
• Analysis Accounts payable and Accounts receivable.
• Raising & Handling all payment Request.
• Making summary reports of Advances, Sundry expense and Accrued expenses.
• Controlling budget for Domestic and Export ANP proposals.
• Reconcile the Factories accounts with Head office accounts.
• Make audit report for the ANP department.
• Maintain all office files & supplies.
•To maintain the records for Invoices, Receipts & Banking activities regarding perfumes on daily basis in ABSoft. (ERP Based Software) and their reconciliations.
•To maintain the records for all payments (Local & Foreign Suppliers) and reporting to General Manager.
•Maintaining record of Showrooms Cash Book (Jeddah & Riyadh) on monthly basis in ABSoft and their reconciliations.
•Responsible for the salary structure of Perfume staff (workers & casuals)
