Working as an O&M Manager for the Existing and new Desalination / RO Plants installed on boot basis operations across the region
Job Description:
• Providing Technical and operational expertise during the operations of the existing RO and Desalination plants
• Involved the budgeting and proposal submissions of new bids / Tenders
• Evaluation of Bids and BOQ`s to prepare technical documentation.
• Performing and Scheduling Corrective and Preventive Maintenance and deputing teams accordingly for various areas
• Inventory control and spares availability for the existing plants to avoid lead maintenance time
Working as a Principal Engineer (Field Services) with emphasis on promoting and maintaining the technical adequacy, uniformity & quality of the project designs in the primary areas of power & desalination plants developing & managing core teams to evaluate customer requirements and produce technical responses to formal requests for proposals from current and potential customers
•Provides technical management consultancy, refurbishment and maintenance of power plants/utilities by:
•Technical Proposal and Bid Submission along with site management and resource allocation for ongoing projects
•Repair and maintenance activities for boilers / HRSG, auxiliaries, pumps and balance of plant (BOP) equipment
•Power & Desalination plant Equipment troubleshooting & overhauling Services including (ST/GT/Demin Plant/MSF)
•Provide professional field support to the Construction Department, as necessary, during construction phases.
•Performing Installation, Commissioning, Fabrication & NDT activities
•Maintaining products & suppliers database and monitor prices & availability in local market
•Performing technical clarification /Specification and negotiations with identified suppliers
•Turnaround and Shutdown activities for power block & auxiliary block
•Specialized services for Equipment (Boroscopic) & valves (bench test) maintenance
•Mechanical Diagnostic Services (Vibration analysis, condition Monitoring & Risk based Inspections)
•Preparing man-hour estimates, material takeoffs, technical correspondence, reports and studies
Currently working as a Technical Site Manager in Beaudrey Middle East form the Design, Technical Evolution, Equipment sizing up to Proposal submission for the respective RFQ for Middle Water and Utility projects, the addatioal Scope includes O&M, Commission and fter sales for all the on-going Middle east Projects.

oPreparing the Proposal and equipment sizing for the Brine heater and Evaporator (Continous Tube Cleaning)Skid.

Worked with Arabian Bemco / DOOSAN Heavy Industries JV at Qurayyah combined Cycle Power Plant of 4000 MW cap. Managed from the concept of design to the commercial start up including Supervising the completion of all technical scopes of work with respect to the design scope, specifications, drawings and data sheets necessary for the project. Administered the daily job assignment of work force in accordance with the Planned and equipment breakdown schedules.
• Monitored daily condition of critical rotating equipment and maintained the spare machinery for contingency.

• Introduced and developed an approach to maintenance incorporating principles of TPM (Total Productive maintenance), RCM (reliability centered maintenance), and the Kaizen philosophy, and then created plans, programs, and strategies for personnel and equipment improvement.
• Development and implementation of scheduled maintenance programs and lubrication plans, overhauls, outages, inspections, procedures, checklist.
