RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working as a HR business partner (Links all HR policies with company’s corporate strategy)
Recruitment and selection as per company constraint and after the comparison of organization chart/structure in which all the positions are mentioned
Preparation of job descriptions after the job analysis
Working on compensation and benefits
Working on Training and development procedures
Performance management and appraisal within defined time period
Working on health and safety policies for employees
Evaluate and update payroll system as per company salary structure
Control of documents
Deal with external departments PESSI, EOBI, CIVIL DEFENCE, SOLID WASTAGE and other legal institutions.
Responsibilities:
- Working as a HR generalist and Designing HR department
- Writing policies according to labor laws of Oman Govt.
- Writing SOPs of all procedure
- Working on job descriptions
- Working on training and development and performance appraisal
- Handle the visa processing and complete payroll
- Complete control on attendance system and control the payroll

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Recruitment inquires received from clients and develop recruitment and selection techniques and tools with respect to job descriptions.
• Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment.
• Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, newspapers, websites, and magazines.
• Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
• Make contracts with overseas recruitment agencies in different countries for mass recruitment.
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.
• Collect the documents from candidate and forward to the clients for visa processing.
• Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
• Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Planning and Coordination of International Operations
• Development of Measures to Support Service Operations
• General Operations Report - Preparation of reports Recruitment/ Ongoing assessment and Statistics and overall Logistics Operations
• using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies* Training and Performance Evaluations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To Establish HR Department
o Discuss Corporate Strategy (Company mission, vision and values) and link all the HR policies with the company’s vision and mission.
o After discussion with top management set the Business Strategy
o Design the Organization Structure
o Job Analysis of the positions which mentioned in the organization structure
o Job descriptions of the employees after the complete job analysis
Prepared the HR Policy Manual; Recruitment & Selection Policy, Orientation Policy, Training & development policy, Increment policy etc,
To be in charge of payroll administration and to make all necessary co-ordination to make a smooth and efficient operation (variable compensation, overtime, special payments)
To detect and handle complaints, disputes and grievances of all staffs and to report them to the Human Resources Director
To review the staffs rules and regulations (or employee handbook) on a regular basis
