Responsibility
•Chemical analysis of Gases i.e. Natural Gas, Process Gas, Flue gas etc.
•Chemical & Physical analysis of water i.e. Raw, Purified, DM, BFW, Boiler blow down, Steam Cooling, Ground, Surface, Process condensates and Various effluent streams.
•C.O.D, B.O.D analysis in waste water
•Analysis during chemical cleaning & Acid prickling of Boilers.
•Physical, Chemical analysis of Raw materials like, Acids, Alkalise, Salts etc.
•Critical analysis during the different manufacturing stages of Ammonia & Urea.
•Resolving of products & raw material quality issues with customers / vendors by performing analysis with authentic third party representative.
•Shift supervision and Shift Management.
•Preparation & Calibration of Standard solutions.
•Calibration of Gas chromatographs, UV-Spectrophotometers and routine laboratory instruments.
•Monitoring of the following: Ambient Air (PM10, PM2.5, SOx, NH3, NOx); Stacks (PM, NH3, NOx) Noise Level; different parameters of effluents & sewage (COD, BOD, DO, NO3, TKN, TAN, TSS, O&G etc.).
•Work environment monitoring for NH3, Cl, PM, Noise dose etc.
•Oil Analysis
