• Leading the project team involved in tendering process prior to award of the project i.e. doing budgeting, scheduling the project
• Experienced with proposal responses to include pricing submissions, cost proposals to include cost narrative, and subcontractor requests for proposal.
• Review tender documents and escalated technical documents, and report inadequacies/recommendations
• Managed and administered multiple agency contracts, subcontracts, consultant agreements, etc.
• Communicated both orally and in writing to internal and external stakeholders.
• Performed all pre-award and post-award functions, using various contracting methods and types to procure necessary services.
• Assumed accountability in preparing, executing, and negotiating non-disclosure agreements.
• Plan, mobilize and execute projects from conception to final completion stage.
• Initiate, direct and control overall engineering deliveries at all stages of the project till as-built documentation
• Organize and allocate resources and manpower, and coordinate the efforts of team and contractors/consultants to successfully ramp up and deliver projects within established methodologies, and cost/quality/time parameters
• Track project schedules against approved plans and specifications, and enforce applicable government codes
• Continually seek ways to improve work quality & safety by daily inspections and site visits
• Protect Company’s interests in claims and variations, and by adhering to delivery schedule
• Review the ‘clause 14 program’ process framework and stages of construction, and generate comments and suggestions for improvements and necessary modifications
• Conduct site inspections to review quality, and documentation such as ‘as-built’ drawings versus actual construction
• Monitor and ensure the submittals approval schedules are on track, and consultants issue notices/instructions on time
• Liaise with all external authorities (DEWA, Civil Defence, RTA, DUSAP etc.) to secure the required approval/NOCs relative to the projects
• Attend weekly progress meetings with Consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and addressing directly issues of lack of performance, quality and delays if any.
• Monitor and implement safety and health programs and promotional activities, inspections, campaigns that improve safety and health awareness; and conduct safety visits regularly to maintain incidents free work environment
• Establish and maintain a system of incident reporting, investigation and analysis, with the help of external authorities.
Project Handled: Ras Al Khaimah Sewerage Contract No 1 & 2.
* House connections of 12000 No’s of houses. (Connected to Network)
* Construction of STP and Pumping stations 4 No’s.
* Yasmin Village (G+5) 5 No’s of buildings, 50 Villas, G+20 Tower and a lake.
Responsibilities
* Participate in startup of new projects
* Supervise a team of engineers & surveyors, and follow-up on the progress of work at different
stages to ensure proper implementation, timely completion and technical compliance with
specifications
* Check the existing sewerage system and other surface details, and make necessary changes

Responsibilities
* Responsible for laying of sewerage/storm water pipe lines (maximum dia. for storm water
2400mm RC and maximum depth for sewerage 9-meter GRP)
* Monitor the quality of pipe laying and manhole construction
* Prepare the shop drawings and method statements for Foul Drainage (Main Lines and House
Connection Lines).
* Supervised the quality of pipe laying and manhole construction
Ghazi Brotha Hydro Power Project - A, B, C & D type villas (550 Nos.)
* Construction of Access Road & Well Site (Oil & Gas) Shakar Dara Kohat.
* Pakistan Motorway M-2 Section, Lahore to Islamabad (333 km.) - part of Pakistan Motorway
Project starting from Peshawar and ending at Karachi, a six lane divided controlled access
motorway with 89 bridges including major bridges on rivers, and 7 Interchanges, with numerous
underpasses and drainage culverts
* Construction of Utility Tower Sites (U FONE) 15 to 25m, Roof top, Green field (40 m x 60 m)
