Currently working for the Construction of 220 KV Overhead Transmission Line Project from Lahore to Muridke as a “Sr. Electrical Engineer”. My responsibilities includes the following,
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Construction supervision for the Foundations of Transmission line towers like EA, EG and JKD etc.
• Construction supervision for the Erection of Transmission line towers like EA, EG and JKD etc.
Construction supervision for the Stringing of Transmission line towers like EA, EG and JKD etc

Worked as “Project Manager” for Construction of various GIS Substations of 69 KV, 115 KV, 230 KV and 380 KV in Dammam Saudi Arabia. My responsibilities includes the following,
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Complete Design Coordination between Consultant & Client
• Project Scheduling
• Submission & Preparation of Monthly/weekly project Reports
• Lead the meetings with Client & Consultant regarding Design Issues
• Supervision of Project Team
• Finalization of BOQs
• Arranging the Quotations from National/International Suppliers & Manufacturers
• Preparation of P.Os
• Arranging of 3rd Party Inspection Services
• Review of FAT reports
• Submission of Inspection Requests
• Supervision of Construction Activities
• Supervision of Installation/Testing & Commissioning Activities.
• Preparation and submission of base design, detailed design package of NG.
• Attend the Base design review meetings and finalize the comments with SEC-EOA.
• Prepared the Compliance statements for various departments of SEC-EOA.
• Prepared the Overall Project schedule and Biweekly schedule.
• Preparation of Cable schedule and termination schedule.
• Designing Review, Supervise and Monitor the Installation, Testing and commissioning of Substation Equipment’s (Power Transformer, Switchgear, Control and Protection Panels, Distribution panels, Batteries, Capacitor Bank).
• Continue to the company’s continuous improvement in HSE performance by ensuring safety and environmental standards are maintained within the work place in accordance with the company standards. Including the prompt reporting of any safety or environmental hazards.
• Pre and Final commissioning of SCADA.
• Coordination with SEC-EOA for execution of jobs.
• Arrangement of Work permits & RFIs, MIRs.
• Preparation of SPARE parts submittal.
• Handover to SEC-EOA the spare parts.
• Coordinate with SEC-EOA for executing the jobs properly

Pakistan Canadian Multinational IPP Thermal Power Plant having
capacity of 135MW at Raiwind Road Lahore.
SEPCOL is equipped with five SEMT PIELSTICK Engines each of capacity 23.5 MW and one MAN
Diesel Engine of capacity 18.4 MW. PIELSTICK Engines used at our plant are the largest Diesel Engines
in Pakistan. All Engines are coupled with ABB Generators. All LV, MV and HV Switchgears are of
ABB. My responsibilities includes the following,
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) of Power Transformers, Generators, Motors and Switchgears
* Work on maintenance of power generation equipments including ABB Generators
* Maintenance of Electrical Instruments and installation of new breakers, relays, contactors and
overloads etc
* Installation of new controllers for controlling of processes etc
* Work on PLC and also DCS etc
* Maintenance of Switch Yard breakers including SF6 breakers etc
* Daily work reports and work division among technicians etc
* Supervise, direct and demonstrate day to day maintenance activities, engineering requirement,
troubleshooting, overhauling and repair techniques
* Ensure high reliability and availability of the electrical plant
* Make decisions and give appropriate technical direction as required to staff in understanding their
responsibilities
* Work scheduling, comprehensive planning, well in time decision making and its implementation
* Perform root cause failure analysis and make recommendations to avoid future failures
* Identify improvements in work practices at the plant
* Ensure safety of plant, workers and environment
* Preparation of section budget
* Provide team supervision and develop highly motivated and well trained flexible work force
* Ensure that capital and efforts are put to the most profitable use
* Solutions for long-term engineering problems related to electrical systems
* Evaluate the requirement of strategic spares for the plant’s commercial operation
