i. Review and interpret contract documents (FIDIC, PCC, technical specifications, BOQs) to ensure commercial compliance and risk mitigation.

ii. Manage end-to-end contract administration and Aconex-based correspondence, including claims, notices, variations, RFIs, and progress communications.

iii. Prepare, substantiate, and negotiate contractual claims (EOT, prolongation, disruption, cost claims) in line with contractual entitlements.

iv. Lead variation management process, including evaluation, pricing, and time impact assessments in coordination with project stakeholders.

v. Support procurement lifecycle including RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluation, subcontractor /vendor negotiations, and commercial analysis.

vi. Conduct contract risk assessments, pre-bid reviews, and technical/commercial clarifications with clients and consultants.

vii. Perform feasibility studies, constructability reviews, and site assessments to identify risks and optimize project execution strategies.

viii. Draft and review contractual agreements (NDAs, MOUs, subcontracts) ensuring alignment with project and corporate requirements.
ix. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, standards, and governance frameworks across all project phases.

x. Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and audit-ready records in line with project controls requirements.

xi. Provide contractual and commercial advisory support to project teams and senior management.

xii. Coordinate with Finance for financial instruments (LCs, Bank Guarantees) and with Insurance teams for policy compliance.

xiii. Lead commercial negotiations with Clients/Engineers to secure approvals, resolve issues, and protect project margins.

xiv. Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate commercial risks to prevent disputes and enhance project performance.

i. Identification, Preparation, substantiation and submission of detailed potential
claims (EOT, cost claims, disruption, prolongation, etc.) in line with contract
provisions.
ii. Preparation of Technical & Financial proposal of Tenders.
iii. Preparation and evaluation of Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Requests for
Proposals (RFPs), coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.
iv. Analyzing Site-Risk Assessment, Contract Review, and seeking clarification from
Employer before submission.
v. Drafting formal project communication with the Engineer & Employer as per
conditions of Contract.
vi. Compiling of all the contractual data and responsible for document controlling.
vii. Actively Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers along with the verification of
their billing data.
viii. Regular monitoring of physical progress, identification of deviations and
preparation of detailed progress reports.
ix. Overall supervision and compilation of site activities to ensure smooth project
execution and reporting to the Project Director.
x. Compliance of Contract Agreement, Particular and General Conditions of
Contract, technical specifications, and applicable standards. Participate in and actively support company initiatives.
