Job Responsibilities:
•Provide IT support to the local & MENA Users in the organization.
• Exchange management, shared account, managing DL, AD Management.
• Assist users working in a wide range of environments including but not limited to Windows, Virtual
Machines, Certificates, VPNs & ERP’s applications.
• Prepare IT budgets of Capex and Opex for the company & assets classification.
• IT Vendors management, due diligence, pricing & risk assessment, onboarding & trainings.
• Collaborate with PJM team on the quality & cost-effective vendors for the company ongoing Fit out
projects mainly waterfall methodology.
• Registered all queries over ITIL service management system and make sure to achieve KPI to each
request, incidents within the specified timeline.
• Conduct users training on majority 365 apps, Power BI, SharePoint, OneDrive & Email Security.
• Reporting to IT Lead Netherland.

•Successfully deployed/Administration of Huawei Based Video Conferencing Equipment TE 30/50 between multiple regional countries.
•Managed company mail control panel for email administration.
