b) To supervise activities of IFRC Karachi warehouse. IFRC has 3, 600 sq. m warehouse carrying US $ 4.6 million relief goods.
c) To manage fleet of 11 vehicles in Sindh (Karachi & Larkana).
d) To supervise office administration, radio operators and security functions.

a) Provided support to The Food & Agricultural Organization of United Nations (FAO) funded project of “Emergency Livelihood Assistance to Support Flood-Affected vulnerable farmers in Sindh Province Pakistan”:-
• Prepared detailed logistical plan for the distribution of Agricultural Inputs in Badin & Thatta Districts.
• Sunflower package (Seed, DAP & Urea) was distributed in 23, 000 vulnerable farming household.
• Rice package (Rice & Veg. Seed, DAP & Urea) was distributed in 6, 700 vulnerable farming household.
Achievement:
For Sunflower package distribution entire transportation and storage facility in Badin were obtained from World Food Program of United Nation (WFP) led Logistic Cluster resulted in net saving of Rs. 3.0 million to the project and Plan became second major humanitarian organization that utilized cluster services.
b) Managed timely procurement based on requirements and maintaining sound & principled relationship with suppliers and others entities.
c) Worked as Security Focal Person for Program Unit Thatta office.
d) Ensured smooth functioning of Program Unit Office, Thatta as per laid down procedures, managed & supervised vehicle/fuel management, timely payments to vendors, arranged conferences & meeting etc.
Achievement:
• Seasoned and reputed vendors were enlisted, brought ease and agility in procurement
• Streamlined office administration resulted in increased staff output.

a) Devised procedures and policies for newly established distribution department
b) Based on Marketing Requirement optimum stocks maintained at Keamari, Port Qasim, Machikey, Gatti depots and at Shikarpur & Tarujabba Distribution Points (total storage capacity of 10, 000 MTs).
c) Executed customer’s orders (205 retail stations, 30-35 Industrial/consumer trade orders) with average monthly turnover of $ 20 Million.
d) Fleet Upgrading / Modernization.
Achievement:
Worked as focal person in the introduction of first batch of Byco branded fleet, equipped with satellite tracking system. This move further strengthens customer’s confidence on Byco product.
e) Successfully prepared logistical plans for newly added customers catering their unique requirement.
Achievement:
With close liaison with Marketing, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) solution were given to KESC, Techno, & Karkey (thermal power plants)
f) Represented Byco at OCAC (Oil Company Advisory Committee) and OGRA (Oil and Gas Regulatory
Authority) forums for IFEM, Transport, and Freight related matters.
g) Managed and supervised a team of 5 persons to carry out distribution activities.

(a) Responsible for POL sales activities of Faisalabad, Sargodha, Jhang, Khushab and T.T.Singh Districts (350 Retail Outlets) (b) Introduced 3 New Vision Retail Outlets in FY 07 (c) In FY 07, 6% growth in MOGAS over last year

Position 2: Coordinator (Retail Fuels) Central Zone, Karachi (September 2004 - September 2006)

a)Monitored / Analyzed Retail Sales Activities of Central Punjab (US $ 1.2 billion turnover / annum).
b)Devised Sales Incentive Schemes for dealers of around Rs. 840 million per annum.
c)Analyzed economics for Retail Outlet Development.
d)Provided support & guidance to field staff for meeting their sales targets.

Position 3: Sr. Logistics Officer, Karachi (October 2001 - September 2004)

a)Developed comprehensive Load Acknowledgement System to ensure receipt of every transshipment load at the destination.
b)Organized various successful Cartage Contractors Conferences at Karachi, Lahore, Multan & Peshawar.
c)Played instrumental role during various negotiations with OTCA / APOTOA and Government to avert tank lorries strikes.
d)Involved in POL products movement planning and ensure no dry‐out throughout the country.

b)Streamlined Databases e.g. tank lorries, tank wagon, cartage contractors, distance master, and freight master for SAP uploading.

*Joined PSO as Management Trainee (Logistics); within 7 years two promotions were offered by the management, apart from confirmation.
*Awarded Commendation Letters upon successful implementation of two new systems in the organization i.e., Load Acknowledgement System and SAP Implementation.
