To prepare and review the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
- To prepare and review the Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) with supporting documentation of
Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) including Welder Qualification Test (WQT) reports.
- Preparation, Review, and implementation of inspection test plan (ITP’s), work plan procedures (WPP’S),
quality inspection plan (QIP’s) & Inspection Checklists.
- To generate CAR/NCR where necessary in case of any violation of Codes and Standards.
Manage a team of internal quality
Communicate with stakeholder of procurement, sourcing, trade & compliance and expediting teams and
resolved materials related issues.
Responsible for all QA/QC issues and Client concerns at project level
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing
program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Responsible to review and prepare the Project Quality Plan (PQP), ITPs, and QIPs
- Responsible to prepare the weekly & monthly Quality reports & maintain the summary record.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting
equipment, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work
results.
- Responsible for execution and managing of Management Review Meetings
AutoCAD 3D drawing and detailing -specifically Orthographic drawings Autodesk
- Create drawings using Autodesk AutoCAD.
- Will be working on design projects utilizing AutoCAD.
- 2D and 3D AutoCAD and can comprehend how things go together and to visualize in 3D.
- Creating Mechanical drawings using the AutoCAD software
- AutoCAD drawing and detailing.
- Perform architectural drawings utilizing AutoCAD.
