Headed and worked for embarking upon the progressive CKD Assembly for June 2019. Successfully handled the preparation and submission of CKD assembly proposal for EDB approval.
Adroitly set up Body Shop, Assembly line, Testing Lines etc. for contract assembly at Adam Motors. Efficiently established Sales and After-sale network across the country.
Launched the supply chain improvement project that resulted in unprecedented efficiency of demand-supply of vehicles, timely delivery of products to the customers and monetary savings worth millions.
