Responsible to develop, modify and update corporate / project HSE plans, procedures, bridging documents, HSE Budgets and Policies.
Develop and deploy HSE resources on project sites.
Striving to improve HSE Culture across Organisation.
Lead incident investigations and involve Top Management to contribute using SCAT and 5 why investigation techniques.
Develop and launch HSE Steering Committee Audit plan for Top Management and engage them to perform audits with HSE.
Develop and launch HSE Competency Matrix across Organisation for employees.
Subcontractor Management and HSE Compliance.
OHSAS 45001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 implementation.
Develop HSE Objectives across Company and perform evaluation.
Monitor HSE Leadership Board against HSE Objectives.
Analyze HSE Stats, monitor HSE KPIs and communicate contractors for timely action.
Ensure HSE Compliance with all relevant government and international legislations.
Member of Descon’s HSE Steering Committee Team.
Member of Loss Prevention Team.
Conduct internal quarterly HSE audits and facilitate in external HSE audits.
Develop and implement HSE plans for projects as per client requirements and HSE external study recommendations.
Brief client about corporate HSE statistics and HSE policies during the proposal.
Participate in monthly HSE meetings, Kick off meetings with clients to present compliance to HSE plan during project execution.
Facilitate client to resolve any HSE related issues.
Interact with “Leadership Team” regularly about HSE statistics and site visit plans.
Coordinate with proposal to provide support during proposals development regarding HSE.
Communicate HR about mob/de-mob plans, recruitment and other HR related activities.
Participate in HSE Performance reviews, Budget reviews and Annual reviews.
Develop HSE management training contents.
Conduct HSE trainings of project site management during site visits.
Onshore / Offshore Oil and Gas pipeline design engineering, installation and pre-commissioning, drilling safety, work at height, mechanical lifting, QHSE / IMS Audits, Inspections, HSE Incident Investigations, Risk Assessment, Emergency Management, HSEMS Procedures and Policies, Environment, HAZID, HAZOP, HIRAC, HAZCOM, JSA, TRA, SIL, Process Safety, Construction Safety, Oil & Gas Safety, EPC, Subcontractor Management.
