• Prepare Monthly QA/QC Report for submission to Consultant.
• Maintain all project documents in line with the company quality system with complete control and tracking.
• Co-ordination with clients, Project Managers, contractors and other Internal Departments for
Documentation related issues.
• Produce reports as required by management and other parties from time to time. Ensure all
project documents/drawings and correspondences are available in paper version and electronic
version.
• Issuing and tracking of drawings and documents and follow-up the status with resident
engineers.
• Managing the processing of all documents to ensure details are added to the database and transmittals created for the distribution of documents to various department and engineers.
• Ensure that only controlled copies of latest revision of work instructions and procedures are
used by personnel.
• Responsible for organizing and conducting archiving and disposal of superseded drawings and organizing the documents in a traceable manner.
• Establish and maintain drawing register for all mechanical, plumbing fire fighting electrical,
coordination and associated builder work shop drawings. Establish and maintain Material
