 Maintaining concrete pour record and testing of cubes and submitting technical submittal for the same and getting approval from the consultant

 To co-ordinate with MEP sub contractors and getting necessary approvals before concreting.
 Checking the materials which is delivered at the site whether materials are approved before execution
 Preparing daily inspection tracking sheet and monitoring no works is executing without inspection request.
 Implementing the Check list for each activity and record at the time of inspection
 Co-ordinate and a link between Contractor and consultant side
 Inspecting all the Road works and Landscaping works.
 Preparing Method Statements, Checklist & ITP for all the works as per the Project specification.
 Closing all the NCR’s given by the Company with the help of Construction team.
 Preparing and submitting all the Close-Out documents including Dossiers etc.,
 Preparation of Asset Register for the Project.
 All the document to resubmit for getting the Code - 3 status.

➢ Planning the construction activities as per the labour deployment and requirement
➢ Coordination among the various sub-contractors and supply vendors
➢ Studying and verification of structural drawings with architectural drawings.
➢ To execute as per Quality Assurance Plan assigned for, and to alter as per codes for site requirements, with no relaxation in safety practicing.
➢ Quantity Surveying, projecting the same to meet the expected out-turn and alarming the planning department, if quantity exceeds the BOQ.
➢ Organizing Survey Co-ordinates and checking up the same for site, its proper follow up and documentation for other references.
➢ Review shop drawings and material Approval requests, and ensure its compliance with design requirements, contract requirements, and submitted as per the approved project construction schedule.

➢ Coordination with other engineering services as well as Architectural and structural drawings and Conducting On-site Observations and Compliance Checks.
➢ Carry out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant ITP, proposing Improved Solutions on technical issues.
