• Prepare General Detailed Sections & Elevation Incorporating the Latest Blockwork Shop Drawing & The Slab Edge.
• Incorporating Design Changes and Updates into Existing Drawings
• Prepare Door & Window Schedule Incorporating the RFI’s & Latest Shop Drawing.
• Prepare General Finishing Drawing & Schedule.
• Prepare Landscape, Irrigation & Hardscape Shop drawing.
• Prepare RFI to Clarify Conflicts Between Drawings.
• Coordinate With Architect to Get Detail Drawing for Submission.
• Reviewing Drawings Received from Sub-Contractors.
• Communicating & Coordinating with Sub-Contractors & Suppliers.
• Assisting in the Preparation of Material Take-offs.
• Prepare Technical Support & Guidance to Junior Draftsman.
• Participating in Design & Coordination Meetings with Project Teams.
• Prepare & Maintaining Drawing Logs.
• Prepare Coordination Drawing Between Architectural, Structural and MEP.
• Prepare General Arrangement Drawing for Submission.

• Prepare Proposal Drawing as per the client’s requirement.
• Prepare Approval Drawing for PEB Buildings, Lager shopping malls, Car Parks, Labour Accommodations and Warehouses.
• Liaise with design department to obtain clear specifications.
• Read and Understand Construction Drawings and Transfer Information as Required by The Construction Team to Suitable Position on Site.
• Creating Detailed Architectural & Infrastructure Drawings.
• Developing Construction & Working Drawings.
• Reviewing & Revising Drawings.
• Conducting Site Visits.
• Prepare Chainage Drawing.
