• Prepare for the Shop Drawing for Mechanical Services based on Design Drawing & Project Requirements (HVAC / Chilled Water / Plumbing / Drainage / Fire Fighting).
• Create technical Drawings based on given specifications and calculations & Approved Material submittal.
• Electrical & Mechanical Wall Elevations and Sections drawings.
• Shop Drawing for Mechanical Riser Diagram drawings.
• Preparation of Co-ordination drawings connecting MEP works.
• Preparing MEP False Ceiling Coordination drawings.
• Based on MEP Coordination & Site requirements prepare the Builder Work Shop Drawings.
• Prepare the Mechanical Room Details Shop Drawings.
• Prepare the final As-Built Drawings.
• Comments compliance, revisions and consultants follow up.
• Coordinate with Consult and Project Engineer or Senior Draughtsman to resolve the clarifications of ongoing site construction and required details & Section Drawings.
• Manage drawing files and drawing quality standards.
• Provide functional support to the Design Architect / Engineers & Estimation Department on the assigned task project.
• Handling project drawings with the concern engineering staff.
• Using Word, Excel and other specialized engineering programs.
• Supervise and train other drafters, technologists and technicians.
1. Professional Diploma in Com of Applied Studies (BCAS), Sri Lanka Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka From May 2011 to October 2011 2. Certificate in AutoCAD with MEP Drafting at the aCADDemy (College of Architectural Engineering Technology), Sri Lanka Location: Kattankudy, Sri Lanka Duration of the course was 180 hours 3. Access Programme at British College of Applied Studies (BCAS), Sri Lanka Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka From November 2010 to April 2011
