Key Activities
• Inspection and Acceptance of the Erection, Testing, Commissioning of following systems/sub-systems up to the Quality Standards
- Steam Turbine Proper & Auxiliaries
- Generator Proper & Auxiliaries
- Lubrication Oil, Electro Hydraulic & Feed Water System
- Generator Stator Water and Hydrogen Cooling System & Seal Oil System
• Acceptance the erection of Power Pipe Network up to the ASME B31.1 and MSS SP-58
• Flushing, Acid Cleaning, Alkaline Cleaning, Steam Blowing through Pipes
• Inspection of NDT (RT, UT, PT, VT) of welding and other steel fabrications; Review of pre-weld & post weld heat treatment, Hardness testing together with Consultant Inspectors
• Inspection and acceptance of Hydrostatic Tests, Painting/Coating & Holiday Tests for High Pressure Pipes, Sea Water Pipes, Water Tanks
• Inspection & acceptance of Hoist/Cranes together with government inspectors
• Monitoring and Supervision of Plant 720hrs Reliability Test Run
• Supervision and acceptance of Plant Performance Test Run
• Punch List Coordinator in the Turbine Plant & Auxiliaries Section
• Attending varies meetings/ discussions, representing the Employer
• Review and Acceptance of OEM Documents and O&M Manuals

• Proven Quality Improvement lead to Successful Reliability test run of 300MW power plant

• Mechanical Design and engineering supervision Works of the Largest High-rise Building Complex Project in Sri Lanka value of USD 615 Million
• Designing of Air Conditioning System, Fire Protection & Detection System
• Preparation of Tender Documents, Technical Specifications, Cost Estimation and drawings
Major Achievement
• Successfully completed designing of 2x1600 RT chilled water Air conditioning system for Sri Lanka Defence Head Quarters

• Testing, Commissioning and Handing over Systems
• Coordination with Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors & Material suppliers throughout the project life cycle

• Successfully Installed, Commissioned handed over Large Scale Kitchen Exhaust Ventilation System at Government Hotel School, Kandy Branch, Sri Lanka
Key Activities
• Actively involved to 48000hrs Major Overhaul, which last 3 months while gaining hands on experience on servicing of WÄRTSILÄ Vassa 18V LN 32 Diesel Engine and auxiliary systems including Fuel and Water treatment, PLC controls, etc…
• Involved to implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
• Participated to First-Aid Training program at plant premises
