Summary of role:
•Office Management duties: mail organizing, typing formal CARC letters, handling e-mails and phone calls, archiving and documentation.
•Supporting Air Clearances Section in issuing Schedule Landing Permits for national and international airlines in accordance with Air Services Agreements and dependable Air Clearances Procedures.
•Support issuing Code-Share Arrangements between national and international airlines by reference to Air Services Agreements and Code-Share agreements between airlines.
•Support issuing Customs Exemptions for national and international airlines.
•General knowledge of ICAO and IATA codes for airports, airlines and airplanes.
•Theoretical knowledge of AFTN system and Aeronautical Telecommunication.
My role is to format and translate aviation exams for the students by using Microsoft Word Office and apply a suitable design for them.
