- Currently engaged as an IT Strategist and Planner, to build various policies and procedures for the entire IT sector.
- Proficiently oversee implementation of these strategies across the IT Sector (internally) and the organization (externally) and administer execution in terms of communication, collaboration, contribution and business all in accordance to the organization's structure and future needs to be critically and technically aligned with the Saudi Vision 2030.
- Define & implement strategies/processes/procedures, optimizing business processes and ensuring alignment of procedures, processes and regulations in compliance with the IT standards, like ITIL and PMI guidelines.
- Design the execution of various programs to be implemented in the organization.
- Monitor and develop the strategies, policies, capabilities and oversee the implementation throughout the sector.

- Directing execution of 8 Programs - Digital Strategy, Lean & Agile Technology Delivery, Technology Infrastructure, Enterprise Services, Core Business Services, Healthcare Services, Education Services & Smart Industrial City Innovation. In addition, cloud systems under these programs.
- Directing special projects while ensuring they meet strategic business requirements, completed on time and within budget constraints using various SDLC lifecycle methodologies including agile and agile scrum.
- Engaged in other responsibilities like tracking the investment health, by allocating Investment, developing/leading dynamic information services team, enhancing overall business operations, etc.
- Earlier led & executed projects covering implementation of business intelligence, IT network upgrade, disaster recovery, upgrading video conferencing/IP telephony solutions and optimizing security practices.
- Official Representative of the IT Sector for the Center Of Spending Efficiency and analyze the requirements responsible to lead the implementation of spending rationalization efforts. - Develop reports, presentations and attend meetings that monitor the progress of each department's spending efficiency goals and reporting them back to the Center.
- In this engagement, later played the role of Consultant & Project Manager, reporting to the Director and leading teams of up to 125 resources, in projects for implementing SAP SF Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
- Acted as a Functional Consultant & Project Manager at Etihad Airways to implement SAP SF HRMS in Mar - Sep 2016, in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Played the similar role to implement SAP SF HRMS) at SATORP from Mar 2015 to Mar 2016, in Jubail, KSA.
- Provided oversight to study/analysis of business process to finalize the business requirements & document Specifications (Technical/Functional), enabling solution design, testing, integration, deployment and implementation of products for clients (Etihad Airways/SATORP).
- Focused on analyzing the business process flow, in order to create logic-flow of process and design/finalization of product customization, for system Business Process Designs (BPD), in the role of secondary project manager.
- Implemented Management System (Pilots, Air Seychelles, Emiratization, Cabin Crew, Core, etc.), Learning Management System, Talent Management System (Identify Critical Roles, Succession Plan, Talent Identification & Report Management, Development Action Plan), Compensation Management System (Annual Pay Review, Manage Corporate Bonus, Total Rewards Statement), etc.
- Created all project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Business Process Designs (BPD) & Functional Design Documents as well as converted business needs to technical requirements.
- Executed all test scripts & test cases for System Integration Testing (SIT). Executed SIT for Go-Live requirements as well as participated in resolution of issues/errors identified during the User Acceptance Test (UAT).

Started the IT career reporting to the Manager and leading a team of 7 resources, with the responsibility of
maintenance supervision of all the hardware & software repairs. Oversight to Customer Service delivery (of all the
received tasks, to the satisfaction of the clients), supervising Marketing & Public Relations (ensuring smooth running
of business), evaluation/categorizing of complaints/issues (from customers) on hardware appliances/software and
trouble-shooting/resolution of such complaints/issues.
