Role & Responsabilités
• Managing sales & logistics management of lubricants customer portfolio amounting to 1000 T annually across 50+ clients in the marine, and commercial sectors.
• Conducting market demand driver analysis & forecast, exploring supply chain optimizations to streamline client operations
• Generating new business through client prospections, facilitating unique & specialized requirements of individual clients.
• Contracts management, negotiations, proposals, and renewals with existing clients
• Tender management, product pricing & credit reconciliation coordination.
• Conducting lubricant audits and maintenance trainings to optimize lube consumption
• Coordinating joint visits with the technical team to address issues faced by clients .

• Where is my truck?: Final project deliverables were to enable real time tracking of delivery trucks and communication with clients.
• Played an integral role in geographical data collection of clients sites, existing client IT infrastructure and acting as a mediator to assist initial set up and potential bug fixes
• Smart Tanks: Final project deliverables included enabling real-time monitoring of stock levels in bulk storage tanks, notifying respective stakeholders of diminishing stock levels and enabling auto-ordering to maintain minimum stock levels.

Meet and greet - acknowledge and greet customers by getting up immediately, provide accurate information and direct the customers to the concerned associate. Fast track usage, escalating the due and overdue tasks to assign it to associates.
