•Support INJAZ HR team in its changes and define HR needs in line with operational requirements
•Support the HR team in INJAZ training programs in terms of identifying needs, training contents and examinations, training selection, vendor/instructor selection, scheduling, training evaluation and final training execution.
•Assists in the recruitment processes including advertising the vacancies, checking application forms, screening, short listing, organizing and coordinating interview.
•Coordinates with finance department to cross check and integrates salaries calculations and payments within the accounting system.
•receives and registers vacations and leaves request forms to be deducted from the employee’s annual vacation balance or salary according to the Company’s policies and procedures
•Working on attendance machines and menaitech HR system.
•follow with insurance company and sending all claims
•communicate and coordinate with all 3rd parties in procurement and admin related work
•support the HR director with all paper work and meetings appointments
