execution of marketing plans
• Responsible for a Luxury niche perfume concept (two boutiques) of which
house premium fragrance and skincare brands exclusively, with plans for franchise expansion.
Main responsibilities include:
Content planning
Editorial responsibility
Image approval
Press information review and publishing
Liason with Sales team in planning and execution of advertisement approval and targets Distribution channel approval
Main Brand responsibility: Montblanc (Kuwait market)
Other brands include: Toy Watch, TX watches, Von Dutch watches & accessories, Crislu jewellery, among others.
Responsibilities Include:
• Produce P& L statements for the Brand(s) on a quarterly basis
Produce retail sales reports on a monthly basis ( brand specific )
• Manage and control four Montblanc stand-alone boutiques, four multi-brand stores, and 13 corners to ensure proper merchandising, stock allocation, and pricing, in coordination with the Retail Team.
• Perform continuous reviews of existing and new product lines and analyse sales patterns and stock movement for each product line and provide feedback to the management and the suppliers on a yearly basis.
• Staff training and development bi-annually.
Brand specific market research and competitor analysis
Overall responsibility for the marketing of the Brand in terms of merchandising, sales promotion and advertising so as to keep the Brand in line with its image as per the guidelines sent from the HQ
• Manage all marketing and communication tools - planning to execution.
• Manage and determine the various shipment times with logistics
• Full collaboration with the Corporate Sales team for approval and ordering of requested products.
Responsible for allocating budget, placing orders
• Visual merchandising staff training
• Customer relations follow-up
• Marketing Plan - planning, allocation of budget, and execution of all marketing
activities
• Store opening plan - all activities related to store opening i.e. shipments, visuals
