Strategic Program Management: Lead the development of comprehensive plans aligned with the organization’s mission, goals and donor requirements.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including government entities, other NGOs, local communities, and donors to ensure effective collaboration and resource mobilization.
- Team Oversight and Support Supervise

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with project implementation and develop mitigation strategies to minimize negative impacts. While ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
The Royal Health Awareness Society; a Jordanian non-profit organization that aims to raise the health awareness of the Jordanian society through implementing preventative public health and safety programs based on the right to health for all.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the projects under the Community Program
- Train and build the capacity of the MoH staff including nurses and doctors on health-related topics
- Monitor and Evaluate the outcomes of the projects
- Create and execute annual work plans and implementation plans
- Plan and monitor budgets.
- Prepare needed reports and documents
Conduct awareness sessions to beneficiaries in three different locations in the Ministry of Health facilities.
