1. Make the yearly Internal Quality Audit plan.
2. Conduct internal audits for multiple departments, review and analyze audit findings and recommend corrective/preventive action and ensure the effectiveness of it.
3. Perform Investigations with final reports and conduct Root Cause Analysis if needed.
4. Make letters to different suppliers if any Defects/Quality issues were found in the receiving materials.
5. Review and update Quality Manual, Quality Policies, Procedures, Local/International Standards, and documents incompliance to regulatory and Quality System requirements.

1. Providing any necessary training such as: On the Job (OJT), Quality Orientation and training for any new rule been applied within the organization
2. Responsible for handling all the Customer Complaints and coordinating with customers for further action.
3. The Quality, Safety, Environment, Food Safety management (IMS) representative, which includes handling all activities related to ISO (9001, 14001, 45001, and 22000). Trainer of all IMS requirements within the factory.
4. Follow up all the Nestlé Standards and local and legal requirements such as SASO, SFDA, Civil Defense, Modon, and PME, which includes handling all activities related to it.
5. Documentation controller and responsible for any change in the content or the design to any formal document or form.
6. Controller of all Procedures related to factory Operation, SOP, and Forms.
7. Updating and formatting existing Policies and Procedures and Standard operation Procedures (SOP) for all departments within the organization and establishing new if they didn't exist.
8. Handle internal auditing tasks, report inspection results, follow up on non-conformities and suggest enhancements to the existing procedures for each department in the Factory.
9. Implement quality assurance programs that effectively monitor product manufacturing in compliance with GMP’s, SOP’s, and HACCP.
10. Commitment to continuous improvement in Quality, Health, Safety, and the Environment (IMS).

1. Develop and create the procedures and processes flow for each organization's department.
2. Design a Cross-Functional Flow Chart for each organization's process.
3. Create a new score matrix for Interview Evaluation.
4. Quality assurance for the yearly assessment calibration.

1. Develop new forms to keep tracking the worker's activity during the shift.
2. Reporting the Near miss, Unsafe Condition, Unsafe Act, and Accident that occurs on the Site.
3. Inspect the equipment and its maintenance condition.
4. Review the Work Instruction and check the Safety of it (How does the worker’s activity affect their safety).
5. Conduct Training Sessions for non-educated workers.
