Promotions Section Head

In charge of preparing the company’s annual promotions plan in the marketing department. Responsible for the execution and implementation of the approved plans.

Responsibilities
•Preparing Annual promotions plans for AlYaum newspaper, AlMobawaba, ALYaum Printing Press, AlYaum Training center.
•Following up on execution and consistency for New corporate Identity
•Executing the annual promotional campaign “Everyone is a Winner” from 2009 till date
•Planning yearly media plan for all promotional campaigns
•Preparing the budget plan for each promotion
•Briefing and Following up with advertising agencies
•Supervising production of BTL and ATL activities
•Following up, monitoring and analyzing competition activities
•Following up and supervising the suppliers
•Preparing and following up all media, advertising and promotional contracts
•Responsible for coordinating and staffing marketing campaign events in local Malls and Venues.
•Acted as liaison between the Marketing research department in AlYaum&the advertising agencies to understand the actual target groups and their feedbacks.
