Support for all Server hardware &Virtualization(VMware) incidents & Problems, including diagnosis and restoration activities.
Engineering availability and capacity management for MENA Data Centers to meet the levels of service required by the business.
Support for all Data Storage & Backup incidents & Problems.
Working with Avmar Backup solution and restoration.
Backup/restore of Server Hardware & Virtualization Host & Guest.
Support for all projects related to all Tasnee Data centers in the Middle East.
Backup/restore of Server Hardware & Virtualization Host & Guest using Veeam solution
Managing Yanbu data center facilites.
Handling the active directory, Manging Yanbu vmware, backup.
Responsible for the provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software and related infrastructure.
Ensured the availability and reliability of system hardware, operating systems, and software systems.
Envolved in new IT projects with the global team for IT infrastructure upgrades.
- Projects:
1-Participate in the Implentation of the ISO20000/27001for IT procedures.
2-Upgrade Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2010.
3-work closely with xerox to implement their printing solution to control and cut the costs.
Support for the Process control devices and equipment, mainly supporting the
Yokogawa Centum cs3000 admin workstations.
Preventive maintenance and updates to the System.
Do a daily Maintenance jobs for the Process control network.
Provide the support for control rooms around the plant(4 different control rooms).
- Project
1-Implement a new solution (OSI PI) to monitor the plant data.
2-works with the global process control team to provide a new system that monitors and saves the Plant Information Data (OSI PI). Work with global team to design the infrastructure for the new solution in Yanbu plant and work closely with differnet teams locally and globally to implement the solution.
Troubleshoot and solve daily problems for users as per the SLA.
Provide support for department devices and IT materials.
