• Installation, Testing & Commissioning of HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting and Domestic Water Systems & Support.
• Responsible for leading a team of HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting system for completion of the project.
• Negotiating with Sub-Contractor and Business Associates to finalize the work orders and making amendments.
• Preparation of Pre-Qualification, Material Submittals and supervise preparation of Shop Drawings.
• Oversee all aspects of Mechanical documentation including Method statements, ITP& Risk Assessment.
• Preparation of Operation & Maintenance Manuals System wise for HVAC, Firefighting, MEP & Drainage.
• Preparing of detailed material list & placing purchase order to the appropriate vendors and follow-ups.
• Coordinating with the customers, business associates and vendors for timely completion of jobs.
• Interacting & coordinating with leading Clients, Consultants and Contractors.
• Review and Study Scope of work/ Contract drawings for the specific project.
• Material Identification with respect to drawings and specifications.
• QCDD Document Preparation and Submission, Spare Parts Listing &Handover Procedures.
• Responsible for Shop drawings, Material Submittal & on time material approval & delivery for complete Mechanical (AC, Water Supply, Drainage, BMS & Fire Fighting) systems.
• Meeting /corresponding with client/consultant for development of good business relation at the site.
• Supervising, checking quality, inspecting along with consultant of various works &maintaining ISO formats.
• Commissioning of system, preparing handing over documents.
• Preparing of detailed material list & placing purchase order to the appropriate vendors and follow-ups.
• Coordinating with the customers, business associates and vendors for timely completion of jobs.
• Interacting & coordinating with leading Clients, Consultants and Contractors for various prestigious projects.
• Engineering, Execution / Installation, Testing - Commissioning, handing over and Operation & maintenance of the HVAC System in MEP Division.
• Receiving drawings from consultants and design Mechanical systems for the same depending on requirements including ventilation system, equipment selection, ducting and piping design.
• Study the Contract Drawings, Design Drawings & Issued For Construction drawings and issuing RFI for any discrepancy in the design.
• Inviting quotations from suppliers, preparation of comparative statements (both technical and commercial), finalize rates and release letter of intents.
• Preparing material submittals including the required schedules, compliance statements etc. and follow up with the consultant for approval.
• Preparing shop drawings based on the approved material submittals, in co-ordination with other services (Electrical & ELV), involving ducting and piping design based on specified/approved standards and follow up with the consultants, architects for approval.
• Attending site meetings and coordinating activities of the project (including liaison with consultants and other services).
• Ensuring timely completion of all installation, testing & commissioning activities with regular site visits & final handing over of the project
• Plumbing & Drainage systems design & calculations.
• Commissioning, Installation and Project Support.
• Manufacturer selection, Supplier finalization (Bid-Tab) & Material approval preparation.
• Attending for Engineering / Technical & progress meeting with Main Contractor, Project Management team, Client & Consultant.
• Co-ordination with Main Contractor & Architect for MEP services.
• Concession request preparation.
• Coordinate with Manufacturer / Supplier for design inputs.
• Design proposal preparation.
• Design & Shop drawing preparation for Plumbing, Drainage & HVAC services.
