Interpret design/drawings for crafts working at site.
Log daily activities at site and produce record reports e.g. Daily Reports, Site Instructions.
Verify that all the work at site complies with drawings, specifications, applicable codes and safety requirements.
Supervise daily activities at site.
Issue instructions at site for any variation from approved design, specifications and drawings.
Maintain record of all site related documents and material samples.
Setting out (marking the position of structures) and leveling the site.
Over all inspection of site works like civil, electrical & plumbing works etc.
Checking of bar bending schedule and its right implementation.
To ensure the implementation of quality assurance and quality control.
To ensure the work on site as per specifications and according to drawings.
Checking and verification of contractor’s bills and report to ARE & RE.
Keep close eye on all field, lab tests and their results and report to QA Manager.
Solve site related problems with the consultation of ARE & RE.
To ensure and verify layout and demarcation carried out by the surveyor, and also keeping eye on the leveling component.
Coordination with consultant’s engineer and provide all necessary data relating to site as well as office e.g. drawings, submittals, site reports, field instructions, RFI’s (Request for information & Inspection) etc.
To have a skills of planning while handling the activities in accordance to the construction schedule.
To be prepared all time for presentation about the site, at least once in month and also attending the tool box meeting fortnightly.
Pushing the sub contractor for timely completion of Project.
