• Managing the development of standard templates and formats on contract issuance and provide necessary recommendations to ensure timely and accurate development of documents

• Analysis of the current situation to understand Procurement KPI and deliverables, monitoring the KPI performance and propose needed optimizations to generate efficiency, propose and present potential solutions to convince the internal stakeholders

• Identifying continuously the potential and needed process improvements and tools to be proposed and presenting the list of developments to be implemented

• Analyzing and monitoring the market practices including price bench-marking, and price identification

• Formulating budgets, global procurement strategies, and category structures aligning with corporate and regional stakeholders

• Driving Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives relating to people, process, technology, and sustainability pillars
