Currently I am coaching a team doing the following:
Job responsibilities represented in three main sections “Automation”, “External Supplies and Technical Coordination” and “Technical Support”
“Automation”
Includes offer creation, system architecture design, preparing BOQ and costing. Implementation of this system in order stage includes process programming, Communication networks handling, testing, commissioning and startup of the system.
I am familiar with PLCs, HMI, SCADA Systems, Variable Speed Drives, Soft starters, communication protocol gateways and integration of all above components.
“External Supplies and Technical Coordination”
Responsible for complete technical coordination between different suppliers in the Package projects to ensure optimal design, hand over to the customer starting from the design stage to the final testing, commissioning and startup on site
Being literate with the complete range of Schneider products to be integrated in complete package projects.
Review technical offers and quotations submitted by Schneider.
Prepare technical and commercial offers for all external supplies
Handle all project documentations, and give technical support to services engineers during the project implementation
Offer optimization, solution compatibility and integration, managing coordination between design and automation architecture and technical validation for electrical design.
“Technical Support”
Function is providing technical support in some areas and products in addition to providing support in conducting technical trainings/seminars internal to enrich our staff technical competence and external for our customers in the relative project activities.
- Tenders study and pricing.
- Dealing with suppliers and consultants.
- Site supervision and installation.
- Prepare time working schedules.
- Follow up the progress in site and updating.
Electrical and control design and engineering worked on following:
- Plastic forming machine based on heating and suction using Zelio PLC.
- Electrical design and shop drawings for some residential buildings.
